Can I have Outdoor Storage on my land?

Yes. Outdoor storage is allowed if you have a primary dwelling on the lot and you can have 200 square feet of outdoor storage at a minimum.  If you have more than one acre you can have more storage. Please see the storage and screening sections in the Zoning Ordinance or call 928-679-8850 to speak with a Planner for more information.
