This means no weddings, parties, or other planned events which may impact parking, traffic, noise, emergency services access or may otherwise be inconsistent with residential use.   1. NO UNPERMITTED STRUCTURES. The habitation you are renting out must be a permitted dwelling. A permitted dwelling has approved building and other types of permits to ensure health and safety as well as Code compliance. An occupied structure cannot be a tent, car, shed, yurt or any structure that is not habitable.
