No, this is prohibited. A Recreational Vehicle is not considered an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). If you have a primary dwelling on your land you may not rent out a Recreational Vehicle on that land. In addition, you may not live in the Recreational Vehicle and rent out the Home. You are encouraged to check into building an approved accessory dwelling. Please see the Zoning Ordinance section concerning ADUs or see the Tiny House/ADU matrix for more information on what types of dwellings are allowed on your property and with what types of permits.

Building permits are required for all structures with the exception of a structure that is less than 200 square feet with no electrical, plumbing or mechanical. Please be sure that all setback rules and easements are considered before you build, or you may have to move the shed later. Please be advised that a shed can not be a habitation without building permits and meeting certain codes and regulations.
It's recommended to call 928-679-8850 and speak with Planning staff or Engineering staff first to determine possible permitting needs. Building a driveway that connects with a County-maintained road requires a permit. Fences have certain height limitations and other considerations depending on your property's zone, setbacks, easements, etc.
Yes. If you note that someone is using part or all of your property it should be dealt with immediately. Waiting for any amount of time makes it difficult or impossible for the County to help make a determination of ownership.

Tent camping on private land is prohibited except in permitted campgrounds. Using an RV for a certain amount of time is allowed with an approved Zoning Permit as long as there is not an existing residence on the property. Please see Planning staff for more information at 928-679-8850.
Residential neighborhoods are planned for housing. People who buy homes and land in residential zones invest in the belief that the primary use for a residential area is for housing. Having a permit to utilize an RV on a temporary basis allows the flexibility to camp on your land for up to 120 consecutive days per calendar year while protecting any area from resembling or actually functioning as a campground vs the intended residential neighborhood.
Yes. Outdoor storage is allowed if you have a primary dwelling on the lot and you can have 200 square feet of outdoor storage at a minimum. If you have more than one acre you can have more storage. It depends on how your home is zoned, among other factors. Please remember that the primary use of a residential neighborhood is housing and not businesses. A Home Occupation or Cottage Industry designation (with associated permits) may apply to your situation. Please consult with Planning staff prior to purchasing or establishing a home-based business.
