[ARCHIVED] Application period for Senior Valuation Protection ends Sept 2.

The application period for the Senior Valuation Protection Option aka Senior Value Freeze for tax year 2014 will be ending September 2, 2014.

The “Freeze” protects your property from being impacted by market increases in value; it does not freeze your taxes. The “Freeze” is available on your Primary Residence only and there are age and income requirements. Please contact the Assessor’s office at (928) 679-7962 if you have questions or to request an application for tax year 2014.
