The Comprehensive Plan, the County’s guide for land use, will be undergoing an update beginning January 2014. This update is a requirement of Arizona State Statute 11-805 to ensure that jurisdictions across the state are meeting requirements of the Growing Smarter legislation enacted in 1998 and updated in 2000.
