Chase is 15 years old with curly brown hair, blue eyes, and a one inch scar on his right cheek. He is 5'4" and 100 lbs. Chase was last seen wearing a white sweater jacket with gray skulls on it, blue jeans, and white sneakers with red trim.

He was last seen getting off the bus at Mount Elden Middle School on 2/4/14 around 7:15 am.
