Pipeline West Flood Area

Posted on: July 8, 2022

[ARCHIVED] Pipeline West post-wildfire flooding update: July 8, 2022

The City of Flagstaff would like to provide a short Pipeline West update related to barriers in place at the Fort Valley Rd/ Highway 180 and Louise Way intersection.

Traffic control barriers have been placed in the Fort Valley Road/Highway 180 and Louise Way intersection that will close access through the intersection, keep the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) open, and provide crews the safety they need to continue constructing the Coconino Estates Improvements Phase II Project. Louise Way will be closed to through traffic and motorists are asked to follow the marked signage to get to their destination.

These barriers ARE NOT related to flood mitigation efforts and have been placed as part of a traffic control pan. Updates on post-wildfire flood mitigation efforts related to the Pipeline Fire will be sent out to residents as information becomes available.
