Parks, AZ – On Tuesday March 9th, around noon Coconino County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a residence in Parks off Jousting Lane, for a homeowner reporting an unknown male subject in a white truck on her property. The homeowner was not home at the time but was alerted by their security cameras that there was motion on her property in view of the cameras.

The property owner was able to provide to the Dispatch Center a description of the male subject and the white truck he was driving. While deputies were responding to the address, they located the suspect vehicle leaving the area of the burglaries on Route 66 in Parks. The driver of the truck was contacted and identified as the subject in the video trespassing on the Reporting parties Property.

The driver of the suspect vehicle was identified as Robert Blake, 50 years old from Parks.  Blake was identified in two other similar incidents that occurred in the same area prior to deputies contacting him on Route 66. Blake was arrested and booked into the Coconino County Detention Facility on charges of Attempted Burglary of a Residential Structure, First Degree Trespass, and Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License.

The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the residents of Parks for their assistance in bringing this matter to a safe conclusion.  The investigation is still on going and no further information is available at this time.
