The 2014 Notices of Value for Real Property were mailed to Coconino County property owners on February 1, 2013. This annual Notice of Value is mailed to notify homeowners of their property value for the tax year 2014. If you disagree with the value, you have 60 days to file an administrative appeal with the Assessor’s office. The deadline to file an appeal is April 2, 2013.
