• No member is permitted to be an officer or employee of Coconino County
• Members appointed by the Board of Supervisors
• Six year term

Mission

We want to issue tax free bonds and loan the proceeds to applicants for the acquisition of equipment and facilities relating to pollution control projects. The Navajo Generating Station in Page, Arizona, is a project sponsored by the corporation. Bonds must be issued for a particular purpose as defined by statute and as controlled by the Internal Revenue Code.
