Steps Toward a Brighter Future
Thank you for your interest in accessing services. Coconino County Health and Human Services Career Services is here to assist you with identifying what's next in your job search and career growth. Our services are offered through workshops, training, and one-on-one coaching to help you to identify your needs.
- Your first step is to create an account on the Arizona Job Connection website at the ARIZONA@WORK Site. This step will provide you with additional tools in your job search.
- Connect: Attend and ARIZONA@WORK Overview. You can view the times and locations of our Overviews by viewing our calendar. At the Overview, you will be able to speak to a Workforce Development Specialist about your goals and needs, and the assistance we can provide. They will then help you to make your next-step decisions. If additional assistance is needed the Workforce Development Specialist will provide you with a full Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act application. The application will include instructions on documentation that will be needed to complete the application process.
- Document Review: This step will take approximately 1/2 hour and is an appointment with our document specialist. You will need to bring all of your required information and documents to this appointment. Once you have your application complete and all documents needed call 928-679-7400 or 877-358-6714 of by email to set up a document review appointment.
- Selection, Interview, and Plan: This step will take approximately 1 hour. You will meet with a Workforce Development Specialist to assess your career and employment goals and to develop an individual plan.
