In 2023, Coconino County Board of Supervisors approved the Fort Tuthill County Park Management Plan. The plan outlines the management of Fort Tuthill County Park’s natural resources, recreation services, historic preservation, and conservation goals. This plan will guide Coconino County Parks and Recreation in serving the community and meeting conservation and heritage goals. It provides long-range planning, to guide management through changes in the region, climate, and future needs while maintaining the features that make Fort Tuthill special.
