Tortillas and Tamales  - Jan. 8, 2022

Pastries  - Jan. 29, 2022

Pastries are defined as a dough created with water, flour, and fats (such as butter). If you ask me that sounds delicious, but where do I start making them at home!? This class will teach you the basics of pastry making and provide you with specific instruction as to how to make a few fan favorites. Register online.

Candy Making  - Feb. 5, 2022

Let’s make some candy! This program will get you prepared for Valentine's Day by teaching you how to make some sweets for your sweetie (sorry for the pun). This class will dive into how candy is made and provide you with great tips and tricks. Yes, you will be able to eat some of the candy that you help to make! Register online.
