UPDATES BRING GREAT NEW FEATURES TO INCREASE PUBLIC SAFETY

Coconino County Emergency Management and Rave Mobile Safety are excited to announce some great features to the Emergency Notification System!  One of these features allows us to utilize the system to offer additional assistance to individuals with access and functional needs, especially during times of emergency evacuations.

We also remain committed to protecting your privacy.  Any information you provide will only be used during an emergency.  It is never sold, or shared, to third parties.

Using the information YOU provide, this information can help first responders identify residents who may need specialized assistance! Update your account now using the steps below!

Create a profile in our Smart911 system:

1. Create a Smart911 profile HERE. You can add as much or as little information as you’d like, but we recommend that you complete the following sections: People/Household, Addresses, Phones, Emergency Contacts, Preferred Providers, Vehicles and Animals.

2. Click on “Alerts” at the top of the page and review your notification preferences to ensure that you will receive the emergency and non-emergency alerts that you want to receive.

3. Click on “Account Settings” at the top of the page and make sure that the box next to “Share my Profile with Coconino County-AZ” is checked. Doing this can help Coconino County Emergency Management strengthen plans for responding to and recovering from natural disasters or other emergencies.
