July 6, 2021: The Mt. Elden Estates Flood Mitigation Project continued last week with paving to improve the functionality of low water crossings on E. Indian Paintbrush, N. Morning Glory Lane, Fallen Pine Trail, and Primrose Circle. The project remains on track for substantial completion by the end of this week or early next week.

Project Overview

The Mt. Elden Estates Flood Mitigation Project is an individual lot mitigation project will include, at some locations, roadway reprofiling, low-water crossings, and channel work to help convey floodwaters more safely out of the Mt. Elden Estates neighborhood. These measures are designed to only address more frequent, small-scale rain events.
