The CCHHS Teen Clinic provides reproductive and sexual health services to teens through the age of 19. All services are confidential. You do not need parent/guardian permission to receive services.

Effective May 1, 2018
Teens age 18 - 19: $20 fee*
Teens 17 and under: Free

*additional fees may apply

Services include:


  • Free condoms (no appointment needed)
  • Emergency contraceptive pill (also available for purchase without an appointment)
  • Birth control pills, patch, and ring
  • Injectable birth control (the birth control shot)
  • Intrauterine device (IUD) insertion/removal
  • Nexplanon insertion/removal
  • Testing, treatment, and counseling for sexually transmitted infections
  • Pregnancy testing and resources
  • Pregnancy options counseling

Testing for sexually transmitted infections is based on client symptoms and risk as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and can include: chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, hepatitis, and herpes.
