Proposed Lockett Estates Domestic Water Improvement District
The Board of Supervisors received a petition requesting the establishment of the Lockett Estates Domestic Water Improvement District on November 2, 2023. The petition can be found below. Statutes that pertain to the creation of a county improvement district can be found in Arizona Revised Statutes 48-901 to 48-967. The Board will have a public hearing regarding the proposed domestic water improvement district on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. at 219 E. Cherry Ave, Flagstaff, Arizona. At the hearing the Board will hear from those for and against the proposed district and shall determine whether the creation of the district will promote public health, comfort, convenience, necessity or welfare.
A-1 Ranch Domestic Water Improvement District
The creation of the A-1 Ranch Domestic Water Improvement District was approved by the Board of Supervisors on September 6, 2023.
