Roles & Services

Conciliation Court is a department of the Superior Court, which serves families experiencing marital stress, separation, divorce, or paternity issues. Parties in such cases can request counseling, mediation, and/or a custody evaluation to help them resolve their conflicts.

Use of Services

If you would like to make use of any of the services listed above, you may request to have your case transferred to Conciliation Court by completing a Petition for Conciliation Court, which is available at the:

Parent Information Class
