Recovery Court provides for an alternative to traditional consequences and is a program for eligible drug and alcohol offenders.
How It Works
This office favors having nonviolent first-time offenders supervised in the community through probation programs so they can take advantage of employment (or job training) to pay restitution, learn life skills such as effective parenting and financial management, and manage addictions to drugs and alcohol.
