| The Pinewood Boulevard Reconstruction Project was one of the first Prop. 403-funded Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects. The Pinewood Boulevard Pavement Preservation Project included a new base and asphalt overlay for the road and some minor curb repair from I-17 to the Munds Wash Bridge. | |
