The CAPP program is a partnership between Coconino County Health and Human Services and the Governor's Office of Highway Safety addressing issues of education, enforcement, and public awareness of the Arizona child safety seat and seat belt use laws.
How do I register?
Classes are held on the first Saturday of the month. Call the Coconino County Public Health Services District at (928) 679-7261 or (928) 679-7272 to reserve a place in class. All classes are held at the Coconino County Public Health Services offices located at 2625 N. King Street in Flagstaff. English classes are held from 8 AM to 10 AM. No late participants accepted.
- The fee for the class is $35 for each citation (cash or money order only).
- If you have a child safety seat, you MUST bring it to class.
- Daycare is not provided and children are not permitted at the class.
- You MUST bring your citation and driver's license to class.
