TAX NOTICES ARE MAILED IN SEPTEMBER.
Due to changes in Arizona State law, the Coconino County Treasurer is no longer processing credit or debit card payments through the mail or via telephone. We will process credit and debit cards for in-person transactions at the Treasurer's Office, located at 110 E. Cherry Avenue in Flagstaff, Arizona. Please note: ALL credit and debit card payments will be charged a convenience fee, per State law.
You may also choose to use the services of Official Payments or call 1-800-2PAYTAX (272-9829) to pay your property taxes. Payment by E-Check is unavailable from January 1st thru February 28th.! You may be asked for a JURISDICTION CODE when making your payment on the Official Payments website; that code is 1305
ALL 2009 AND PRIOR YEAR PAYMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY OUR OFFICE, ARE CURRENTLY BEING PROCESSED. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR PAYMENT PLEASE FEEL FREE TO E-MAIL US.
If a tax lien exists on a real property parcel and the property owner would like to redeem the tax lien; e-check payments are not acceptable. Certified funds are required for all redemptions; acceptable forms of payment are credit card, cashier's check or money order, and you must contact the office of the Treasurer by Email or phone; locally at 928-679-8180, or toll free 877-500-1818, to obtain payment information.
