The Recorder's Office is comprised of the Recording Division which includes Microfilm, Mailroom, and the Elections Department. Responsibilities include processing and creating a public record of all documents received in a timely manner, and to insure that all records are easily accessible to the public, and conducting all aspects of elections including voter management, outreach, and election processes.
PLAT AND SURVEY MAPS ON-LINE
All recorded plat and survey maps can now be accessed via the Internet on EagleWeb. The search range is January 1, 1891 to the current end date. These images are in PDF format and will contain the "Unofficial Copy" watermark. If there is a requirement for a map image without this watermark please contact the Coconino County Recorder.
ARIZONA UNIFORM REAL PROPERTY ELECTRONIC RECORDING ACT
The Arizona Electronic Recording Standards and Arizona Memorandum of Understanding are now available from the Maricopa County Recorder's web site.
PUBLIC RECORD INFORMATION
Our records are indexed in chronological, alphabetical order by name or docket and page number or after March 29, 1999 by instrument number. Indexing is done by computer from January 1983 to present. Index books and microfilm are available prior to this date.
You will need at least one party's name and approximate date of transaction.
We provide copies of documents upon payment of fees in advance.
Copy fees are as follows:
$1.00 per page
$3.00 per certification
Recording fees are as follows:
$14.00 per instrument for the first five pages * as of August 22, 2002
$1.00 per page after the first five pages
