Labor Day Weekend brings the largest event in Northern Arizona with over 45,000 attendees. Coconino County Fair features a livestock auction, traditional fair exhibits and demonstrations, carnival rides, commercial vendors, special areas for arts & culture; environmental & conservation education; and children’s activities. A wide variety of entertainment provides audiences with cultural presentations, local & regional acts, national headliners and educational experiences for the whole family. We are now accepting vendor application for  61st Coconino County Fair.   EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT TO COCONINO-BASED BUSINESSES Because we believe the County Far should be a showcase and representation of Coconino, we are offering an  "Early Bird" booth rate to Coconino County-based busineses only. Call for Volunteers: Coconino County Fair Committee Coconino County is in the process of forming a Fair Committee. The Fair Committee will be a working committee comprised of volunteer members that will provide hands-on assistance to the county in specific program areas of the fair. The Coconino County Fair occurs annually over the Labor Day Weekend and is the largest event in Northern Arizona. The four day event attracts over 40,000 people who come to participate in one of America’s longest event traditions. The county is seeking citizens with strong interests and expertise in any of the focus areas that would like to participate in planning the annual county fair. The focus areas are:                  • Educational Programming                  • Entertainment Programming                  • Sustainable Living and Conservation Programming                  • Vendor Recruitment                  • Volunteer Recruitment                  • Sponsorship Recruitment                  • Ribbon & Award Programming and Fundraising                  • 4-H/FFA Livestock and Non-livestock Programming and Outreach                  • Open Livestock Programming and Outreach                  • Fair Entries Program and Outreach Interested candidates will meet with the Fair Manager and will be asked to submit a letter of interest.
