fight the flu. Appointments are required for flu vaccination clinics and travel vaccinations. Please bring your immunization records.
Immunization Clinics

Appointments are strongly encouraged for adult and children's vaccinations. Walk-ins will be accepted as time permits. Appointments are required for travel vaccinations.

Children's Vaccines
Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-ins will be accepted as time permits.
Children qualifying for the federal Vaccines For Children (VFC) program receive vaccines at no charge. This includes children up to age 19 who are:
- Of Native American / Alaskan Native descent
- On Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) or KidsCare
- Under-insured (insurance does not cover immunizations)
- Uninsured
There is an administration fee based on income with a maximum charge of $15.
We are required to bill third party payors for children who are covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance company to determine your coverage. We will bill your insurance for the cost of vaccines and administration fee as a courtesy.

Adult Vaccines
Adult vaccines are available at CCPHSD cost plus an administration fee which is based on income. The maximum administration fee is $44.00. Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-ins will be accepted as time permits.
Travel Immunizations
Travel immunization fees include a thorough consultation on all recommended vaccines for the area(s) of travel. A travel administration fee of $60.00 for the first visit and $40.00 for follow up visits will be charged in addition to the cost of vaccines.
Discounts are not available.
Travel vaccinations are
by appointment only. You should make an appointment as early as six months before your trip, and at a minimum one month prior to your trip. Often a series of vaccines is needed, and your immunity needs time to develop.
