Attorney Advertising in Detention Facility

Coconino County Sheriff's Office has contracted with Telmate to provide inmates and their families with easy-to-use telephone calling services at affordable rates, including Collect Calls, Destination Number Prepaid Accounts, and Inmate Prepaid Accounts.  For information on using the inmate telephone services, click here: Telmate

Video Visitation
We are pleased to announce Video Visitation, allowing inmates and their families to visit through a web-camera from anywhere in the world.  To set up an account to use Video Visitation at our facility, you can go to the website:

Adding Money to a Person's Account
You can put money on phone or trust accounts several ways:
  • going to
  • contacting Telmate Customer Service at (866) 516-0115 and letting them know the name of the person as well as whether the money is for a phone or trust account
  • sending money orders to: Telmate LLC, PO Box 1137, Fruitland, ID 83619-1137 and letting them know the name of the person as well as whether the money is for a phone or trust account
  • depositing money (cash or via credit card) at the kiosk in the Detention Lobby

The contents of all mail, excluding legal mail, will be opened, screened and searched for contraband. The following items are not allowed: packages, envelopes or stamps, hard bound books, illustrations or photos deemed inappropriate, perishable items, newspapers or magazines (unless received through a subscription via US mail), checks or money orders (these must go through the Telmate system for placing money on someone’s account, unless a government issued check), photos larger than 4”x 6”, any other items not authorized for inmate possession.
