Aerobic Winter Challenge 
2009-2010

Do you need a little nudge to keep you fit and active during the winter months? Now you can join the Aerobic Winter Challenge,
November through February to stay active and win some great prizes!

The Aerobic Winter Challenge is a team-oriented incentive program to encourage regular physical activity during the winter months. The goal is for your team of 5 to 10 people to do your favorite personal activity (walk, swim, bike, dance, etc.) for 30 minutes a day, for 12 to 16 days per month. Your team keeps track of their individual activity on a wall chart or monthly activity log that is provided to you.  Each person completing the required amount of physical activity is eligible for our monthly prize drawings.  And, each person completing all four months at 100% participation is eligible for a grand prize drawing.  In addition, all teams who finish all four months with every member completing the required number of physically active days will split the jackpot.
