Coconino County Community Health Assessment

The Coconino County Public Health Services District is conducting a community health assessment with service partners and community residents, to learn more about the health status of our county. Our goal is to determine factors that contribute to local health issues, as well as identify areas for health improvement. Please take a few moments to learn more about the Community Health Assessment and to browse through the data categories, which explore a variety of health and quality of life indicators.
