Facilities Management Department Mission Statement
As one of the most dynamic work teams in Coconino County, the Facilities Management Department strives to provide a safe, functional and aesthetic work environment for all County departments and the citizens served by our organization. We are committed to:
- Meeting the needs of our citizens based on the fiscal and service priorities established by the Board of Supervisors,
- Delivering quality service with professional skill, a friendly attitude and creative problem-solving,
- Utilizing sound planning and organization of our work, and
- Adapting to the changing needs of our organization.
Our work brings us into contact with most all of the 1000+ employees of Coconino County, who are based in Flagstaff, Fredonia, Page, Sedona, Williams and Tuba City. Our current responsibilities include the management and operation of all County-owned buildings and property; lease management; planning, construction and renovation of facilities; capital repair and replacement; utility management; custodial service; landscape maintenance and snow removal.
